Privacy & Terms
Plain language, no boilerplate we do not mean. Written for review — the final text is with our advisers, and this page will be updated when it comes back.
What we collect
Only what you send us: your name, an email address or phone number, the dates and party size you have in mind, the yacht or destination you selected, and anything you add in the free-text field. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not buy or sell contact data.
Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal and plan a charter with you. Nothing else. If a charter goes ahead, the same details are used to brief the crew — provisioning, cabin allocation, ages of children aboard if you told us.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into a charter are kept for 24 months so we recognise you if you write again, then deleted. Charter records are kept as long as the law requires for contracts and accounts.
Who else sees it
The crew of the yacht you charter, and the service providers we cannot run the business without — email hosting and, where relevant, a marina or port agent. They see only what they need.
Your rights
Write to charter@sueyachting.com and we will tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. If you are in the EU or the UK you have these rights under the GDPR; in Türkiye, under KVKK.
Charter terms
Rates are quoted per week for the whole yacht and confirmed in a written charter agreement. The Advance Provisioning Allowance covers fuel, provisioning and berthing; every expense is receipted and the unspent balance is returned. Cancellation, insurance and liability terms are set out in that agreement.
